2 Terms2.0.1 Garments
Also known as clothing, these are products worn on the human body for protection and decorationpurposes.
2.0.2 Shirt(for men) , blouse(for women)
2.0.3 SuitA type of formal upper clothing.
2.0.4 TrousersTrousers refer to pants with side seams, worn with a distinction between front and back. Attentionshould be paid to coordination with the wearer's body shape2.0.5 CuttingCutting is a technological process of dividingelothing materials into various shapes of clothingpieces.
2.0.6 SewingSewing refers to the technological processof stitching clothing piees together to form a completeclothing.
2.0.7 IroningIroning is a technological process of finishing and shaping clothing. It utilizes the principle of fabricshaping through heat and moisture. This process involves altering the arrangement of fabric fibers withappropriate temperature,humidity, and pressure.
2.0.8 Computer-Aided Design for Clothing(Clothing CAD)Clothing CAD refers to the use of computers to assist in the completion of various tasks in clothingmaking. This includes style design, pattern drawing, fabric laying, grading, and so on.
2.0.9 Computer-Aided Manufacturing system for Clothing(Clothing CAM)Use computer-assisted technology to carry out the clothing manufacturing process from fabric tofinished product.
2.0.10 Intelligent product-o-rial systemThe processed cut pieces or products are put into a specially made clip delivery device or hanger,and they are automatically transported to the next suspended transmission system through the programinput by the computer in advance.
6 Water supply and drainage6.1 General requirements6.1.1 The design of water supply and drainage in garments factory shall adhere to the nationalprinciple of saving water resources and recycling, and meet the requirements of prodúction, living, firewater supply and drainage in the factory area.materials shall aim to conserve energy and material resources. Additionaly,the reuse of water shall beimplemented in conjunction with the requirements of the manufacturing process.
6.1.3 The water supply and drainage design of garments factory shall meet the requirements of thecurrent national standard GB 50015 Standard for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage.
6.2 Water supply6.2.1 The water supply for production and domestie use in garments factory should utilize the waterfrom the municipal water supply system.
6.2.2 The factory area should adopt a water supply system that combines production, domestic, andfire protection networks; the fire protection and production/domestic water supply networks in theworkshop shall be set up separately6.2.3 The general inlet pipe for water supply in the factory area, inlet pipe for workshops and mainwater consumption points shall be equipped with metering devices.
6.2.4 The domestio drinking water in garments factory shall meet the requirements of the currentnational standard GB 5749 Standards for Drinking Water Quality, and the quality of water used forproduction shall be determined based on production characteristics and equipment conditions.
6.2.5 The daily water quota for living may be calculated as 30L/person on duty-50L/person on duty,the water uşage time should be 8h, and the hourly change coefficient should be taken as 2.5 to 1.5; theshower water volume may be calculated as 40L/person on duty-60L/person on duty, and thecontinuous water supply time should be 1h.
6.2.6 Anti-condensation measures should be taken for the exposed water supply pipes in the workshop.
6.3 Drainage6.3.1 The drainage system of a garments factory shall adopt a separate system for rainwater andsewage.
6.3.2 Rainwater in the factory area should be drained using underground pipes, or drainage ditches.
6.3.3 Workshop wastewater system should be divided into production wastewater system anddomestic sewage system.
6.3.4 Domestic sewage shall be discharged into the municipal sewage system after treatment in aseptic tank.
6.3.5 Production wastewater shall be directly discharged into or discharged into the municipal sewagesystem after treatment,depending on its water quality.
